Awareness Campaign on Olive Oil Quality

The Palestinian Standards and Metrology Institution joins the Palestinian people in celebrating the olive harvest season — a cherished tradition that brings families together. This year, the Institution launched an awareness campaign that included a series of informative publications covering all stages of the season, from harvesting to pressing and storage. Given the historical and cultural significance of olive oil to the Palestinian people, we have made it a priority to educate citizens on essential practices that ensure the production of high-quality olive oil.
