The Supervision Certificate serves as proof that products comply with Palestinian mandatory specifications and technical regulations. It guides consumers toward quality products, boosts sales, and builds trust in local goods. The certificate also provides priority in official tenders, supports local business partnerships, enhances the reputation of certified establishments, strengthens the national economy, and authorizes the use of the Palestinian Supervision Mark on certified products.

It is a food of local and global importance, as there has been a global trend towards obtaining the finest and most distinctive honey, as the focus has begun on the quality of production no less than the quantity of production, and (it should be noted that this certification is considered optional).

The Date Quality Certification is awarded to products that meet approved technical and health standards, ensuring the quality and safety of dates throughout the stages of production, packaging, storage, and marketing. This certification aims to enhance consumer confidence locally and internationally, and to boost the competitiveness of Palestinian dates in global markets. It is based on criteria such as ripeness, cleanliness, freedom from pests and harmful substances, and proper packaging and preservation methods. The certification also helps increase the product’s market value and encourages farmers and producers to adopt best agricultural and manufacturing practices.
